Congratulations to Todd Wilson, Kristina Humphrey and all the Team Members at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix Gateway Center! Their outstanding CARE Packet combined with great scores on the Brand Promise Scorecard resulted in a well deserved 2nd Quarter 2010 CARE Cup win. This hotel team has earned the right to showcase yet another award to their impressive collection! They consistently exceed Guest expectations, recognize their Team members for their efforts and are actively engaged in their community. This team delivers strong brand ranking results, and is elevating SALT metrics. The entire Doubletree Guest Suites Gateway Center team should be proud of the outstanding work they’ve done. Kudos to the entire team! The Care Cup is given to the #1 Doubletree (225+ rooms) for high guest service scores, remaining active in the community and recognizing team members for their efforts. We won this quarterly award also in 2005 and eventually were selected as the annual winner of this award in 2005.

The 242-room Doubletree Suites-Gateway Center Hotel in

"
In particular, the hotel was recognized for its
partnership with Balsz Elementary School, which includes
staff mentoring and reading programs, a generous
donation of school supplies and the planting of numerous
new trees on the educational campus at 4309 E. Belleview
in Phoenix.
"We are extremely proud of this school partnership,
which is very rewarding and beneficial to our staff
members and the students alike," said Wilson.
Owned and operated by Stanford Hotels Corp., the Phoenix

benchmarks.
"Over the years Stanford Hotels has owned the Phoenix
